Role overview

Acium is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to build and lead the company’s revenue engine as we define a new category in AI security and governance. This is a hands-on executive role for a commercial leader who has scaled SaaS or cybersecurity revenue through the channel and understands how to turn early market demand into repeatable growth. The CRO will own go-to-market strategy, pipeline, forecasting, pricing input, sales process, and revenue operations while working closely with the CEO, Product, Marketing, and Engineering.

The ideal candidate has experience selling security, governance, data protection, browser, endpoint, identity, or AI-related software through channel partners. You should be comfortable building from the ground up, hiring and developing a high-performing sales and solution engineering team, and engaging directly in strategic customer conversations. We are looking for a data-driven operator with strong executive presence, category conviction around safe AI adoption, and the ability to translate an emerging AI governance need into a clear commercial motion.
