Director of Solution Engineering

Acium is hiring a Director of Solution Engineering to serve as the technical leader for our early go-to-market motion. This person will partner with prospects and customers to explain how Acium helps organizations gain visibility and control over AI usage across SaaS, browser, and endpoint workflows. The role requires someone who can translate complex product capabilities into clear business value for security, IT, product, and executive audiences.

The Director of Solution Engineering will lead technical discovery, demos, pilots, and proof-of-concept evaluations while helping define success criteria and guide customers toward confident technical decisions. You will also create reference architectures, support internal enablement, and bring structured field feedback back to Product and Engineering. The ideal candidate has strong experience in cybersecurity, SaaS platforms, AI governance, browser security, identity, endpoint, or data protection. We are looking for a hands-on, customer-facing technologist with strong communication skills, ownership, curiosity, and the ability to operate effectively in an early-stage environment.
